ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Outreach for Familia Adelante including the following: Participation in community speaking engagements/presentations Monthly communication with school districts and internal/external community organizations Distribution of Flyers for Familia Adelante Recruitment for Familia Adelante including the following: Obtain and review referrals for Familia Adelante Ensure referrals meet eligibility requirements Maintain communication with referrals and/or referral source Plan and host Familia Adelante orientations Implementation of Familia Adelante including the following: Run 3 groups at 12-week cycle of Familia Adelante for the year utilizing curriculum Collaborate regularly with other Familia Adelante Bilingual CHW Facilitate weekly 90min groups with participants in their preferred language (Spanish/English) Case Management: including internal/external referrals Documentation of all case management and group sessions Plan and host Familia Adelante graduations after culmination of each cycle OTHER DUTIES : as assigned by El Centro Director   Position Requirements KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:  computer literacy, Fluent Spanish (oral) SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:  no MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:     High School diploma with 3 years’ experience or associate degree 2 years’ experience.
