Learning opportunities such as... • Detailed and ongoing training in hospitality, wine and spirits, and food-pairing   Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Reliable transportation • Basic knowledge of how to use power tools • Able to work a scissor lift or willing to learn • Able to work in a warehouse environment • Must be able to listen and speak, for both client and team member interaction • Occasional use of POS/Computer systems • Willing to work long hours • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as business needs are dictated by events – To include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays Physical Requirements • Constant standing and walking • Frequent stooping, kneeling and crawling • Frequent ascending or descending of ladders, stairs, and/or ramps • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the length of the shift • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular and continuing basis • Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 75 lbs • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment Qualities • Passion for event industry • Desire to be a part of Bold team and likes to work as a team • Get along with others • Hard working • Can execute directions once given Characteristics • Dependable and punctual • Reliable • Self Motivated and accountable • Attention to detail • Likes to work as a team • Positive attitude • Good at problem solving • Resourceful • Hard working • Set and accomplishes goals • Professional appearance • Helpful to others • Honest and trustworthy • Able to accept constructive criticism/feedback • Consistent • Team Player   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
