The Product Support Coordinator will be part of the operational excellence and product support and knowledge for the Consultant Care Center. This successful candidate will be patient, positive, personable, thorough, have a thirst for knowledge, and service-oriented. They will have the ability to be a self-starter, do their own research, assist and explain, - build relationships, and - service Consultants in a patient manner. This team member will partner closely with the product marketing team and Group Leader, ensuring that inquiries are being answered within SLA. Additionally, this candidate will ensure that the Consultant Care Representatives are being trained in a timely fashion on new and updated product information, as well as ensuring that new hires are getting sufficient product knowledge training to be able to understand and talk about the Norwex products. Lastly, this candidate will research, assist, and resolve product claims.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and Consultant inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, tickets, email and/or chat by thorough research and using resources
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and Consultant benefit in all decisions
  • Continuously stay updated on changes in product, programs, promotions, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with Consultants and working to establish a positive rapport within every contact
  • Analyze, gather details, and report product issues, trends, concerns, and suggestions
  • Update our internal and/or external knowledgebase (NoRA) with product information
  • Work with the social media team on product issues and provide assistance
  • Follow up with customers and Consultants to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Provide product training to existing and new Consultant Care Team Members
  • All other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years Customer Service Experience without a script
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Ability to go above and beyond by making it right
  • Great attention to detail
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with teams in a fast-growing environment and adaptable to continuous change
  • High level of patience
  • Experience training Customer Service Representatives
  • High School degree required
  • Some college or equivalent work experience
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish plus
