This person must assist in carrying out certain administration and procedural tasks to maintain daily reporting, perform routine calculations, and enter data for financial spreadsheets. This person must also establish and maintain positive relationships with the finance department, field operations, and administration teams. Inventory Audit Specialist Job Duties: Maintain and distribute daily financial reporting for inventory transactions. Includes daily and weekly audits of customer accounts, purchase orders, EOM counts, transfers, and return orders to help lower financial variance. Handle PO claims through communication with field technicians and equipment vendors. Report on these claims, their loss/gain amount, and their final resolution. Assist with completing monthly inventory expense reporting. Be familiar with accounting practices and financial statements. Understand how field operations have financial implications. Communicate effectively with the Inventory Finance Manager on report findings, audit conclusions, and other relevant information. Perform other related duties as assigned.
