POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

TITLE: Employee Experience Manager

 

REPORTS TO: Chief Human Resources Officer

 

RESPONSABILITIES: Lead and manage the employee experience during the entire employee life cycle.

 

MAJOR DUTIES

 

  1. Inform and confer with the CHRO regarding:
    • Employee Relations issues
    • J.E.D.I. efforts
    • Survey responses
    • Data Analytics
  1. Manage employee relations team
  1. Develop social media posts to support staff and the HR processes
  2. Manage and link the performance evaluation process and learning management systems
  3. First 90 days of onboarding for all employees
  1. Track all employee complaints and suggest remedies from policy changes to mediation or progressive discipline
  2. Manage all investigations
  3. Manage unemployment claims
  4. Back-up to other HR staff
  5. Carry out other appropriate and relevant tasks, as assigned by the CHRO

 

 

 

 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors’ Degree in related field

Five years’ experience in related areas.

Bilingual Spanish/English

Good communication skills written and spoken

Mediation and Investigation experience

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

90% Remote Work

Must be able to commute between sites as needed

Must be able to sit and work from a phone and computer for most of the day
