Share Email Opening Title Trainer   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description JSI- Janitorial Services Inc., is currently hiring for an Experienced, Hands-On Trainer for our General Cleaner staff. This Full-Time position is a swing shift / 2nd Shift position working both in the office and in the field. The Trainer will be responsible for the facilitation of the General Cleaning training initiative for their assigned regions to meet the needs of the client and JSI expectations. The Trainer will also work in conjunction with HR and Operations in the development of training programs adherent to client requirement and emerging trends. Main Responsibilities: Facilitate on-site training of janitorial staff at client-specific locations. Evaluate the performance of staff within the first 90-days to ensure training success. Document and maintain adequate records of completed employee training. Conduct mandated safety training sessions. Identify the learning requirements of specific programs. Communicate frequently and effectively with business partners to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilled. Make recommendations that improve training and knowledge management. Provide periodic reports to management on course development and training projects.
