The Social Worker is responsible that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis following policies and procedures and current Federal and State guidelines and regulations.   Position Requirements BSW, MSW, or LSW with at least 2 years of experience, in a health care setting (preferably Long Term Care) working directly with residents and families. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
