It is our vision to be recognized as an organization that transforms communities and engages all members through quality service, knowledge and compassion.   Job Description: The successful applicant for this position will assist with operations for a charitable BINGO Hall operations for Easterseals Louisiana. Easterseals Louisiana's Mission is to assist adults and children living with physical and intellectual disabilities achieve independence. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to the following: Complete COVID checks at the door Help as needed in the concession stand Check status of restrooms throughout the BINGO games Rotate Tuesday night and Sunday BINGO games with Hall Manager Help in double checking inventory for the janitor closet so we don’t fall short Inventory and order concession supplies Stock supplies as needed Ensure our players have a pleasant experience while they attend our games Greet and interact with guest and BINGO clubs Ensure our BINGO clubs/event clients have what they need Make deposits as needed Track attendance Track progressive pot Communicate with BINGO manger Oversee hall to ensure the janitor is completing assigned tasks Minor hall set up prior to each game (lights, sanitizer, etc) Enforce mask and other COVID-19 social rules Complete HIPPA training Answering multi-line phone system Work closely with BINGO team to help communicate any concerns   Position Requirements Requirements: Excellent communication skills, enjoy meeting new people Attention to detail Basic computer skills, for word, excel Willing to build community relationships to solicit new clients Availability for all games conducted at the Hall which includes at least 2-weekday games and a Sunday game from 4:00 to 9:30 pm and may include holidays Positive attitude and dedication to ESL's mission BINGO hall experience preferred but not required Qualifications: Easterseals Louisiana is a Drug-Free Workplace, pre-employment and random drug tests will be administered. Will be required to pass Easterseals Louisiana’s background check Those who do not choose to be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination, will be required to follow agency protocols.
