Provides housing location and case management to Montgomery County residents experiencing homelessness due to Hurricane Ida. Services will focus on rapid re-housing, housing stability, and intensive case management.   Position Requirements BSW with at least 1 year of social work experience preferred. Available for occasional weekday evenings until 8 pm. Occasional weekend hours .25% Office based, 65% travel providing home, hotel, and community visits throughout Montgomery County, and 10% attending community meetings, training, and events.
