Provides comprehensive case management services to identify and address residents' physical, psychological, social, mental, and emotional needs. Assist in client housing eligibility, biopsychosocial assessment, service planning, bi-weekly case management, and internal/external programming and activities.   Position Requirements BSW and experience with people who are homeless, particularly those with drug and alcohol and mental health histories.
