Our ever-growing ABA program has immediate opportunities for Part-Time RBTs to join their team.  Flexible schedules Mon - Fri (10-20 hours per week). Must be available between 2:00 pm -7:00 pm and willing to travel to client's homes. Potential morning hours will be assigned if available.


The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) functions primarily as a direct instructor of autism-specific individualized interventions utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).   

As an RBT, you will work closely with clients ages 3 -20 in their homes, community, and/or in our clinics.  Under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you will learn how to effectively teach individuals how to communicate, play, take care of themselves, and interact with others.  This position requires strong play skills, creativity, attention to detail, appreciation for small successes, the ability to multitask, and a passion for bringing out the best in others. Positions start as part-time with opportunities for full-time after demonstrating proficiency in the position and alignment with the agency's core culture and values.

Position Requirements


  • Have High School diploma - Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. (Experience in Education, Child Development, Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis preferred)
  • RBT Certification
