Salary Range: $38,000- $55,000 Annually $1,200 SIGN-ON BONUS - $600 once training is completed. Additional $600 on six-month anniversary pay. Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 am-6:00 pm What You Will Be Doing The clinician reports to the clinical supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that the psychiatric and trauma-related emotional and social needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The primary responsibility will be providing services within the after-school program. The Outpatient Therapist will also do individual mental health counseling and perform Diagnostic Assessments for individuals.  Our clients are primarily but not exclusively individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other Developmental Delays.   Position Requirements Minimum Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work or related field. Required Licensure/Certification Licensed through the State of Ohio as an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. Preferred Education/Qualifications One to two (1-2) years of experience in a behavioral health care setting, working directly with clients. Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
