Schedule to be discussed in the interview What You Would Be Doing The Residential Manager reports to the Supported Living Administrator to provide direct programming and support services to residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Supervises the Supported Living Site Supervisors; recommends assignments, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievance resolutions, and other personnel actions; evaluates employee performance Manages the development and implementation employee work schedules to ensure proper coverage Directs, supervises, and assists in planning overall operation of supported living homes Supervises and provides assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of Individual Service Plan reviews and evaluations to ensure the adequacy of services Provides liaison services with parents, employees, community agencies, and other interested parties Ensures compliance with all applicable standards Prepares and submits required reports and correspondence Provides staff training programs May perform delegated nursing and direct care tasks and/or procedures Performs other related duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Minimum Education/ Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Two years' experience working with developmentally disabled individuals Licensure/Certification First Aid, CPR—adult, child & infant; delegated nursing (training will be provided if not already certified) Valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Preferred Experience/Education Supervisory experience Associate Degree All candidates who have received an offer of employment will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and health screen as applicable for the role.
