Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist.  This role will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department and works closely with Accounting, internal business unit customers, and our external suppliers.

In this position, you can work from any one of the following locations:

  • CUSO Financial - San Diego, CA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Code invoices and process into company system (SAGE 300/DocLink).
  • Setup new users in Concur Travel and Expense system and provide training.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing expense reports.
  • Enter ACH/Wire invoices/payments.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card bills.
  • Reconcile Master bills for all company events.
  • Reconcile daily bank statement.
  • Maintain Monthly Recurring Vendor List.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual 1099 tax forms.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assist in monthly financial statement close process
 
Position Requirements
  • Education or experience: 4-year degree in Accounting preferred but not required. 2-3 years of accounts payable experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of SAGE 300/AccPac and Concur Travel and Expense System preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of Applications required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
