Compliance Assistant, Health and Safety 

Description

Under the general direction of the Manager, Health and Safety, the compliance assistance team will serve as the main point of contact for all guests passing through safety checkpoints at Academy events. You will check-in guests, inspect vaccination cards and IDs, review COVID test results, and uphold protocols and guidelines. You are friendly, customer service-focused, and have excellent attention to detail.

 

This is a part-time, limited term position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Check in VIPS, talent, Academy Members, and other guests at Academy events.
  • Inspect and confirm vaccination status alongside identification.
  • Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming tone with all guests.
  • Work quickly and efficiently under high-pressure situations.
  • Understand and maintain COVID protocols and guidelines in accordance with Academy standards.
 
Position Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience in the film or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Experience handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in stressful situations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, overtime, and late hours as needed.
