We are searching for a full-time Warehouse Manager to manage operations and lead the warehouse team in our Canton, MI location. This professional multitasker will oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and loading activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.
This self-motivated and enthusiastic leader will demonstrate both passion and experience when managing others. They will have the ability to determine areas of opportunity within their team and implement development plans that support the diverse strengths and capabilities of each individual. Their approach should be personable, relatable, accountable, and consistent. They should bring positivity and optimism to work each day - encouraging their team to continually achieve their best.
Finally, this person will have an eye to process improvement. They will get excited about the opportunity to maximize efficiency and improve processes.
