The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for both technical, and administrative duties. This person will also be the primary person responsible for the inventorying and asset tagging of IT equipment, maintain and update copier and printer inventory, as well as work with eFax vendors to set up new lines of business where needed. This person will also assist with vendor management, and invoicing duties. This position will also assist with, maintaining departmental and user documentation. This position reports to the Information Technology Support Manager.
