Summary: Individuals in the job are responsible for assisting Tropical Financial Credit Union in achieving its purpose of guiding members successfully through the financial marketplace. The individual in this job will serve as a specialist who manages all aspects of the HubSpot Marketing Automation program. They are also responsible for increasing the rate at which site traffic converts to leads and leads to customers, understanding the right nurture tracks to provide incremental value and nudge leads toward a sale in a way that feels human and still converts. The individual must understand the suitable types of content to send to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of content-driven emails. This individual will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, and ensuring appropriate adjustments are made to improve our marketing and add more value to existing members through channels such as email, social, and content while providing our members to remain happy and prosperous. Ensures the marketing team has all the correct information accessible to make intelligent decisions based on data, not assumptions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide service that meets the Service Standards defined by Tropical Financial Credit Union and achieves annual goals established through the Performance Management Process.
  • Collaborate with other departments as a team to ensure CU projects that digital marketing is executed
  • Manage & execute local search & digital ads on multiple advertising platforms for inbound lead generation (i.e., Facebook, Google Ads)
  • Develop and optimize consumer journeys based on behaviors and personas
  • Optimize and manage microsite pages, templates, workflows, emails
  • Execute ticketing system optimizing internal processes
  • Assist with training, templates, emails, and workflows for Hubspot Sales (different than Hubspot Marketing tasks)
  • Create monthly reports for leads, conversions, traffic, etc.
  • Implementation of proper tracking codes and analytics for various marketing properties (i.e., website, microsite, and ads)
  • Frequent website management and optimization, including SEO, CLUDO search results, updating of Meta tags, keywords HTML code, etc.
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets.
  • Collaborate with channel-specific markers (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to optimize each conversion path.
  • Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths, rates overall, and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Optimize the lead-to-member conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to members.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends.
  • Contribute data-driven content regularly to our blog and other channels based on member behavior data and other learning.
  • Develop vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflow across marketing
  • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to retain the company.
  • Find new opportunities to applaud, support, and ultimately keep our members.

Compliance:

  • BSA Compliance - every employee is required to uphold the credit union’s compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies and procedures.
  • Specific functions within TFCU will consider the awareness of unusual or suspicious activity that is relevant to the department.
  • In addition to any other assigned training courses, online BSA and OFAC courses must be completed at least annually, as made available by the Training and Compliance Departments.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Fair Lending, and Credit Card Act.
  • Comply with all TFCU policies and procedures to ensure compliance with such regulations.
  • Performs other duties as required with or without accommodation.

Position Requirements

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Education and Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience of three to five years required.
  • Two years or greater experience with web analytics, A/B testing and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Three years’ experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • HubSpot Certification preferred.
  • HTML Certification preferred.
  • Excellent writer and communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of web-related behaviors, trends, and ability to optimize for these.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through (A/B) testing and email optimization.
  • Proficient using HubSpot smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for the lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HubSpot Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HubSpot marketing automation and smart list optimization to build and optimize the right nurturing tracks.
