Community First Health Centers is growing and we are currently looking for an exceptional Custodian to join our team!!! Under the supervision of the Medical Clinic Practice Manager, you'll support the facility operations by cleaning all rooms, common areas and offices. This position will be located out of our New Haven medical facility located at 58144 Gratiot Ave.
Community First Health Centers require all team members, including temps, contractors, interns, residents, students, etc. to receive the COVID-19 vaccinations subject to certain exclusions. CFHC is committed to granting reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable laws.
Daily responsibilities of our Custodian may include:
• Following cleaning schedule to ensure cleanliness of facility
• Laundering mop heads and cleaning towels of the Agency
• Safely and effectively use cleaning products and equipment
• Monitor and report equipment concerns and malfunctions to supervisor
• Maintain facility security system with minimal assistance
• Attends meetings as needed/directed
• Participation in quality improvement activities as needed/directed
• Other duties as assigned
This is a full time; 40 hours per week position.
Hours will be gained Monday thru Friday and will be an 8 hour shift each day but will also include a monthly Saturday (1/2 day; 4 hours).
We are willing to be flexible with the set schedule of the new hire with schedule options being:
230pm - 11pm
3pm - 1130pm
330pm - 12am
4pm - 1230am
