Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual to fill the position of Conflicts and Records Coordinator in either the Burlington or St. Johnsbury, Vermont offices.  This position involves all aspects of conflicts check searching and processing, assistance with administrative aspects of the Firm’s continuing legal education, records, library and attorney dues/licensing functions. 

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail- and team-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.  The candidate must be able to multitask and to work collaboratively with staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor.  Qualified candidates will possess the ability to learn software applications and procedures quickly and will have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.  A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in either a law firm or corporate setting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).  Travel is required as needed.  DRM provides a comprehensive benefits package with two exceptional retirement plans, industry-leading paid parental leave, competitive compensation and a great work environment.
