Overview

The Hydrobuilder Holdings Commercial Account Coordinator provides excellent customer service support through strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of accuracy and superb follow through. Help achieve maximum profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the Hydrobuilder company values and image

 
Position Requirements

Primary Job Functions:

  • Coordinate Commercial Account relationships, maintaining effective communications and ensure that all customer account requirements are met.
    • Process open quotes and workorders in a quick and efficient manner
    • Process payments through point-of-sale system and into safes
    • Coordinate the fulfillment process from pulling orders to final delivery
    • Process special orders and rma's 
    • Maintain effective communication and help problem solve throughout the entire process
  • Logics duties as assigned
  • Monitor Inventory levels to make sure the store is stocking the products that Commercial accounts regularly purchase.

Support Sales Functions:

  • Greet ALL customers who walk in the shop.
  • Create an AMAZING customer experience
  1. Maintain consistent customer communication.
  2. Solve order issues and concerns
  3. Provide relevant Marketing materials, info sheets, samples, etc
  • Process customer transactions at the point of sale
  • Communicate and work with various departments as needed (Accounting, Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing, ect.)
  • Assume Ultimate Responsibility for your actions.
  • Assist with maintaining vendor relationships

Preferred Qualification

  • Previous Warehouse Experience REQUIRED
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment 
  • High level of organization
  • Hydroponics Experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Clean Driving Record

Pay/benefits:

  • Starting at $18-$20/hr, DOE
