Valley Community Services Board's Quality and Compliance Department is seeking candidates for the Q&C Manager position. Under the direction of the Quality and Compliance Director, provides a supportive leading vision to the Q&C team. Actively participates in a leadership role of data collection and monitoring, recommendations, for quality improvement, trains staff on Electronic Health record system, coordination of policy and procedure review/revision schedules, coordination of agency workflows, and supports the overall mission of the Quality Management Divisions of the organization. Provides administrative supervision to the QA Specialist positions.
Essential Functions:
Monitors and reports on data for current initiatives, especially those related to outcomes and quality improvement.
Assumes an administrative role in the current EHR.
In collaboration with the Q&C Director, implement and review as needed an integrated agency wide risk management program to ensure the safety of individuals, employees, and visitors.
Conduct systemic risk assessment reviews at least annually to identify and respond to practices, situations and policies that could result in the risk of harm to individuals.
Provides administrative supervision to the QA Specialist positions, assuring timely reporting.
Knowledge:
DMAS provider documentation requirements for an array of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Disabilities services.
DBHDS Licensing requirements for an array of MH, SU and DS services
General knowledge of HIPAA and Privacy standards
General knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.
