Primarily, our program is community-based with regular outings with the people we support.    Position Requirements Required Education and Experience  High School Diploma or equivalent.  Three years experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges in any residential, supported living, respite, day or vocational program, or school program.  Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.  Preferred Education and Experience  Experience working as a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS)   Five years of experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges.  At least two years of college in psychology or a related field plus 3 years or more of experience in the mental health field.  Licensure/Certification  Multi-Media First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing (training will be provided, if not already certified). Valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.  Proof of auto insurance No more than five points on driving records Successfully complete drug screen and physical. Successfully complete DOT drug screen and physical (as needed based upon specific vehicle operation).  Med Cert (as needed based upon clientele).
