Description

The support organization is a critical part of the Advizex Team. Our operations team is vital in identifying, designing, implementing, and executing the infrastructure supporting all internal processes, teams, and our customers. The ability to professionally interact across all teams as well as levels within the organization, function with efficiency, promote productivity and continuously drive for improved customer experience are all essential traits of the Advizex operations team.

Job Description

Advizex is adding a Junior Salesforce.com Administrator position to our Operations team. This position will be responsible for all daily tasks around Salesforce.com oversight, as well as providing assistance to the Senior Salesforce Admin as needed. The employee will be responsible for onboarding and training users, creating and providing reports/dashboards too all levels of the organization, completing field updates and any other daily administrative tasks as they arise. The area of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires a strong knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform, general business acumen and the ability to work with multiple users at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
  • Fulfill Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Monitor user adoption
  • Maintain Data Integrity
  • Complete user training and create training materials
  • Other Salesforce support, as needed
 
Position Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field of study required, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce product knowledge, with at least 12-months hands on experience with Sales Cloud and the Lightning UI
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Pardot knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to apply knowledge logically based on situation
  • Inquisitive, problem solving and analytic ability
  • Strong collaborative and team building skills
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
