ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

The  Divisional Recruiter (Remote) will lead a team of regional recruiters for nursing positions in various regions across the country.

  • Partner with recruiter/s, operations, and HR leadership on regional recruitment strategies
  • Provides expert advice and counsel in recruiting
  • Guide regional recruiters on recruitment best practices
  • Hold consistent team and individual meetings for updates, performance, and growth
  • Evaluate recruitment and onboarding process and make recommendations to improve results
  • Pull weekly and monthly applicant flow reporting
  • Back-up support for recruiters as needed or in critical markets

Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree required.  
Position Requirements

Recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare and with supervisory experience.
Preferably within a reasonable commute of corporate headquarters in Toledo, Ohio.
