Share Email Opening Title EHR Analyst/Trainer   Description Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated EHR Analyst/Trainer to provide EHR trainings for all staff members. The EHR Analyst/Trainer is also responsible for clinical chart reviews, assisting in department functions, assisting in data reporting and other administrative functions as needed. This position reports directly to the Director of Data Management.   Position Requirements Accountabilities: Provides EHR trainings for all staff members. Conducts training 1-4 days a week at various times to accommodate schedules. Prepares written, data, and analytical reports to depict trends and, as appropriate; makes recommendations through positive communication with the project teams, program managers or supervisors. Performs data entry as needed and validate data with staff. Assists in department functions in order to maximize Wyandot staff’s level of clinical care. Effectively works with providers and internal staff to resolve issues. Produces training materials for staff. Produces ongoing data reporting according to department needs. Lead project management activities as assigned. Ensures needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on the data. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required  The ability to work within an electronic medical record environment. High attention to detail and ability to follow through. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information. Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Exhibits the ability to work independently and to exercise considerable independent judgement. Prefer knowledge of community mental health services.
