Using our software and Internet tools, home and commercial inspectors are able to provide their clients with comprehensive information on the condition of the inspected property by our online secure report delivery and validation process through HomeGauge.com.

What You'll Do

HomeGauge is seeking an intuitive marketer who can help position HomeGauge as the best-in-class Home Inspection business suite in the industry. This role will support the Marketing Team's various efforts and will work cross departmentally with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and implement strategic projects both internally and externally. We're looking for a growth-minded problem solver who's organized, adaptable, and has the ability to communicate across audiences of all kinds.

Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities, leveraging the proper internal programs and processes
  • Develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives that help to launch products, acquire leads, and drive adoption
  • Produce valuable, engaging, multi-purpose content across various platforms and channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess findings against project goals
  • Manage various marketing calendars and strategy documents
  • Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Support event management
  • Write marketing literature (email copy, website/landing page content, product marketing material, call scripts, etc.)
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Create and interpret a variety of reports
  • Build (or learning to build) automations and campaigns within ActiveCampaign
  • Build and implement go-to-market plans for product launches
  • Partner with our sales team to create onboarding, training, and other sales assets that can be used in sales cycles
  • Research market and competitor trends to effectively position HomeGauge products and features

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with knowledge of Product Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to see the fine details and the big picture
  • Analytical skills
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Intricate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing and social channels
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of personality types and embraces change
  • A big picture thinker who is willing to roll up the sleeves and go deep into technology and processes when necessary.
  • Experience in marketing with the potential and mindset required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
  • Comfortable working with numbers, understanding budgets, metrics, and processing figures within spreadsheets
  • A sense of esthetics and a love for great copy and communication
  • Skillful as a creative writer with an eye for graphics and landing pages
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Familiar with Active Campaign, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Tools
