We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies. Opportunity: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to review and process commercial property inspections on a full-time basis. Inspection service offerings currently include a broad line of commercial property and general liability surveys for small- to mid-sized risks including habitational complex, office, retail, restaurant, wholesale and service classes (experience with dealerships / motor service risk is a plus). We offer $14.00-$15.00 per hour depending on experience. Experience working in the commercial property insurance industry preferred, however, we will train. This is a fully remote position. Description: The Quality Reviewers primary focus is to review photographs and inspector reports to verify property condition, building type and materials, the propertys footprint, and any visible hazards before submitting the completed inspection to the client.
