Academic Operations Assistant

Position Summary:

The Academic Operations Assistant's mission is to ensure the creation and maintenance of student schedules on a daily basis. They will manage accuracy of systems and data validity. Excellent communication skills are imperative, as is a solid grasp of technology (as it pertains to operating platforms across our system). 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the creation and upkeep of student schedules.
  • Maintain reports on student achievement by providing analysis and double checking for accuracy.
  • Management of various data in Matrix, Salesforce, and Canvas.
  • Collaborate with enrollment and administrative teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree required. 

  • Excellent listening, strong verbal skills, and solid written communication are imperative.

  • This position requires the ability to keep a level head while working calmly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • The candidate must be able to review complex scheduling systems including recognizing availability and conflicts.

  • Expertly skilled in Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables) and other computer systems (Matrix, Salesforce).

  • Highly skilled in creating positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the community resulting in high customer satisfaction.

  • In addition, the candidate must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and be autonomous, problem-solving natured, and self-starting.

  • Our ideal candidate is outgoing and an individual who is eager to work in a highly dynamic, energetic school setting.
