You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of the site construction process which includes the coordination of site walks, review of drawings, coordination with utility and fiber delivery companies, as well as managing all construction partners/subcontractors. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the development of a construction strategy that includes partner selection criteria, construction intervals by municipality, utility and fiber coordination, bidding process, and other tasks as the strategy is developed Assist with the requirements drafting and analysis of initial Construction RFPs that will be utilized to select construction partners in given markets Assist with the development of construction standards Award jobs to construction partners which contemplate cost, crew, availability, quality of work product, etc. Review and redline zoning, construction drawings and all permit applications as required Coordinate all construction activities including site walks and inventory coordination Ensure that power delivery is coordinated with construction tasks Interface with Program management and partners to ensure project completion on time and within budget Coordinate with the site and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of sites Report project status and performance data to program management Proven ability to work in a matrix managed organization with program management, RF and Transport Engineering, Site Development, and Legal to achieve deployment objectives Ensure permits are closed out correctly Ensure that all close out packages are completed and accurate   Position Requirements Qualifications: Must be able to pass background/drug screening - Applicants possessing medical marijuana cards will not be considered for safety sensitive positions. At least 5 years proven working experience in wireless construction management Associate's / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience PMP certification preferred but not required Possesses a successful track record (on-time minimize scope creep and within budget) of construction project Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods Competent in conflict and crisis management Leadership and human resources management skills Previous experience with successful management of macro and small site builds in a greenfield environment required Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities, sometimes under extreme time-critical conditions Natural ability to work with all levels of management, staff and vendors Proven experience managing partner relationships Result focused, using energetic and positive leadership and communications skills   Personal Skills: Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills Ability to multitask effectively- attending to short term priorities while ensuring that longer-term initiatives advance Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills   Location Warminster   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Seniority Level Mid-level   Travel Required 75%   Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000 per year   Number of Openings 2   Open Date 11/8/2021   This position is currently accepting applications.
