Description

The C2 Logistics Readiness Analyst II shall possess experience in the management and supervisory oversight of all personnel and equipment associated with unit-level readiness and UTC maintenance/management, to include operational planning, sourcing/tasking, and execution of force presentation activities. 618 AOC or other Mobility Air Forces experience is highly desired. Responsibilities may include developing/reviewing policy; developing, managing, and maintaining UTCs; developing criteria for and monitoring readiness reporting; force posturing; and analysis.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Support Mobility Air Force C2 Functional Area Managers on the management and oversight of personnel and equipment assigned to the AMC AFFOR Staff, 618 AOC, and designated AFFOR Staff/618 AOC subordinate and/or augmentation units.
  • MAF C2 Readiness policy (Publications Development, AFIs, AMCIs, TTPs), interim and long-term readiness guidance, and joint doctrine relating to AFFOR Staff/AOC operations.
  • Provide input to AMC’s planning, sourcing/tasking, & execution processes; to include readiness, availability of forces, and UTC personnel/equipment levels.
  • Serve as project lead for AFFOR Staff and/or 618 AOC FAM support projects related to development/maintenance/management of unit type codes (UTCs) or drafting C2 readiness policy/guidance/doctrine.
  • Use Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) to develop and maintain 618 AOC and AMC AFFOR Staff UTCs.
  • Review planning data; analyze for trends; direct appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide risk assessments for emergent requirements.
  • Use DRRS to review readiness reporting criteria and unit-submitted reports as it relates to AMC’s RRR and Health of the Wing processes.
  • Advocate for C2 System technology refreshes, upgrades, and resource levels as related to C2 readiness and automated readiness tools.
  • Coordinate C2 capability/integration issues with USTRANSCOM, HQ AMC A-Staff offices, other MAJCOMs, and the 618 AOC.
  • Participates as High Performance Team Member on cross-functional teams, functional conferences/workshops, etc.
  • The Contractor shall directly support MAF C2 Requirements Support and Organizational Design.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
