Blue Marble Productions, Inc. is a world-class developer, processor, and co-packer of branded and private label alcohol and non-alcohol-based products for the beverage industry.

The Guest Relations Specialist will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization.

  • Greet and attend to all visitors/guests; ensure each guest has properly signed in and out
  • Serve as office information desk for employee and visitors and be a central guide and representative for all things Blue Marble
  • Accountable for all incoming mail and forwarding on to appropriate recipient; also responsible for outgoing mail
  • Responsible for organizing and booking each conference room, including the Tasting Room; ensuring conference rooms are properly supplied and cleaned
  • Maintaining the office break room area (coffee, dishwasher/dishes, bottled water)
  • Provide information to walk in job applicants specific to our online application system
  • Assist Safety Manager with the coordination and administration of our subcontractor prequalification program
  • Single source collection of office supply orders throughout the organization and coordinate purchasing with Procurement Manager
  • Act as a point of contact for office equipment repairs (restrooms, computer equipment/printers, vending) and communicate to owner the needs
  • Coordinate miscellaneous events (business meeting meals, employee activities and events, etc.)
  • Follows privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
  • Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the area worked
  • Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed, especially with a focus on adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
  • Utilizes all food safety and food security guidelines, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF) good manufacturing practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
  • Other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Position Requirements


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience (previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus)
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must have great attention to detail, essential problem-solving methods and initiative
  • Must have the ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • W have the ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors/managers and other members of leadership
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Must be able to read, recognize and speak the English language
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed


  • This role is primarily administrative at the front desk, but must be willing to sometimes work on the Production Floor/Employee Break Room
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, and be able to sometimes push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to control equipment for forms of communication by grasping, reaching, and using finger dexterity
  • Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 50 pounds depending on job task
  • Must be able to work in cool conditions in the winter and warm conditions in the summer
