Description

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations

 
Position Requirements

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
  • Support the onboarding processes by sharing the delivery of New Hire Orientation and oversee completion of new hire paperwork
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc. and maintain the team’s calendar
  • E-Verify, and state reporting for ID, WA, WY, OR, and MT
  • Support other functions as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Career Progression

  • 2-4 years as Coordinator
  • Complete Track Management Training
  • Demonstrate competencies in all areas of HR
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines

 

Job Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1-2 years proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingual is an advantage
  • HS Diploma required. AA or BA degree a preferred

 

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
  • Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
