AP/Payroll Coordinator (707) 30 Hours Per Week Eligible for Benefits

  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of all paychecks and payroll reports for Hancock Health and all other entities.
  • Responsible for maintaining all payroll records.
  • Responsible for maintaining API timekeeping software.
  • Responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager in various accounting matters, including accounts payable (AP) duties of keying invoices, researching payments, preparing invoices for AP entry, etc


  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Prepare annually and quarterly payroll tax fillings.
  • Highly organized: ability to keep track of the flow of invoices.
Position Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required. Previous payroll and/or accounts payable experience desired. Mandatory Annual Education: Confidentiality and HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, Fall Prevention, PPD Campaign, Quality Assessment, Performance Improvement, Safety & Security, Chest Pain.
