Our dynamic property, located on the Eastside, includes a 250,000-square-foot fitness facility, three restaurants, a full-service spa and 66-room boutique hotel. The Bellevue Club Fitness Department is looking for qualified Group Exercise Instructors for a variety of fitness platforms such as Cycling, Step, TRX, HIIT, and Strength. Class time vary daily between 5:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications: Must possess a current certification Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing Deliver an excellent workout experience to our members in each class Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class Ensure class begins and ends on time Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications & progressions for a variety of populations Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education We Offer: 401(k) plan with generous employer match Competitive Compensation A beautiful, recently remodeled facility A thriving, fun and busy environment with plenty of opportunities to learn/grow.
