Position Summary:

Provide service operations support related to manufacturing and distribution of medical laser equipment to domestic and international customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping of systems and associated materials.
  • Coordinate shipment of customer orders of brochures and disposable products.
  • Coordinate shipment of back-ordered parts.
  • Uses Salesforce to track the movement of inventory.
  • Track demo and luminary systems in the field, including international carnet tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Shipping and Receiving department.
  • Respond to internal and external customer requests as needed.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Other duties, as assigned by management.

 

 
Position Requirements

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Associate degree required.
  • Minimum 2-year experience working in a Shipping Department.
  • International shipping and carnet processing experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Enterprise solution software familiarity is a plus.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Flexible, with the ability to multi-task.
