Description

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $61,056 - $107,350. However, Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. will consider several factors when extending an offer to an applicant. These factors include, but not limited to, the position and associated responsibilities; and an applicant’s work experience, education, related training, and related skills.

The Executive Operations Support will interface with the staffs of the SECDEF; Service Chiefs, United States Space Force (USSF); Headquarters Air Force (HAF); Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and coalition partners in addition to USSF field command operational units.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Integrates and coordinates support of Division initiatives primarily in its tole as the USSF lead for the CSAF’s Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Demonstrations.
  • Researches and assembles background information and summarizes material for the use of the ABMS and Division team.
  • Analyzes requirements to ensure critical information is available when required.
  • Works with the ABMS lead and team to coordinate projects and issues.
  • Monitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives of the ABMS team and Division.
  • With minimal or no guidance, responds to routine or nontechnical requests.
  • Gathers data, develops senior leader level presentations, assembles senior staff packages for Division and ABMS leadership for review, signature, and staffing.
  • After signature is obtained from the Division leadership, ensures action is completed and forwarded properly to the appropriate office.
  • Utilize the web-based Task Management Tool (TMT) to control/review taskers on the NIPRnet and the SIPRnet and when necessary, provide assistance/training on the use of TMT to directorate TMT administrators and action officers.
  • Reviews products ensuring content is in accordance with governing rules, regulations, and/or instructions.
  • Ensures that documents meet the required purpose.
  • All matters requiring immediate division-level attention are highlighted to the staff and the division/deputy division chief in a timely manner.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Experience:

  • Five (5) years’ related experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:

Security Clearance: TS/SCI security clearance required.

US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
