The Vice President of Ambulatory Operations is responsible for the direction and leadership of the operational, financial, programmatic, human resources and compliance activities of PCMH’s Provider Clinics ensuring patient satisfaction, patient access and alignment with PCMH’s strategic direction.
Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
Certified Practice Management Executive (CPME) or able to obtain within six (6) months of employment. LEAN certification, preferred. Current, valid driver’s license required. Current CPR.
Five (5) years management of provider clinic, ambulatory service and/or programs experience. Provider clinic operations experience, preferred
Customer Service, leadership, and management skills. Accounting and revenue cycle principles. OSHA, Infection Control, Compliance, Risk Management, Quality, LEAN and Safety. Electronic Medical Record, medical office software, Outlook. Knowledge of needs and behaviors of ages served. MGMA member. ACHE member, preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts and build teams.
