We are currently searching for an effective and dynamic Senior Human Resources Generalist to join the team at our location in Ocala, Florida.

This individual will be a key HR resource and handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities and strategic initiatives. The position will report to the Manager of Human Resources.

Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Effectively manage the day to day employee relations issues as well as strategic employee engagement and communications initiatives.
  • In a timely and accurate manner, administer the compensation and benefits program, recruitment and onboarding,
  • Lead various safety initiatives and maintain/track key safety statistics.
  • Actively support ongoing and effective communications initiatives consistent with RealTruck’s commitment to openness and employee participation.
  • Manage the Ecommerce’s recruiting needs, effectively filling open positions in a timely manner with talent well matched to the requirements of the positions. Provide/oversee effective orientation and onboarding for new employees.
  • Administer local payroll and HRIS responsibilities and processes, annual benefits enrollment, employee records management, as well as required audit and reporting responsibilities.
  • Coach and train Ecommerce supervisors in the handling of various employee matters.
  • Demonstrate and leverage excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years s of HR experience. Supporting an Ecommerce operation preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to build mutually productive relationships and interact with senior management and key partner groups.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
  • Driven to achieve business results, creates and manages to timelines, achieves deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Internal communications experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to have flexible work hours and nontraditional hours on an as-need basis
