Job Title: CDL Driver-Roll-Off Driver
Location: Blaine, MN
Terms: Non-exempt: Full time, day shift with overtime.
Pay Range: $22-$25 an hour (approximately $59,000-$75,000 total with overtime & bonuses averaging 50 hours a week).
Bonuses: up to $525 Quarterly Bonus and up to $6, 000 Stay-On Bonus

About the role:
The Roll-off Driver is responsible for servicing customers with large roll-off containers each day generally on a flexible schedule. The responsibilities are to complete the service requested for each customer on their daily route.
Roll-Off drivers are responsible for the hauling of commercial, residential, and construction debris from a variety of sites. The driver is responsible for performing assigned duties on a specified route delivering, removing, and tarping roll-off boxes and compactors of various sizes.
Must Haves:
- Class A or B CDL License
- With no air brake restriction.
- Clean Driving Record
- Mapping Skills
- 18 years of age or older & eligible to work in the US.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT health evaluation, and physical assessment.
