ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide HVAC service and preventative maintenance for Robinson Heating & Cooling customers.
Preform HVAC mechanical and electrical inspections to bring HVAC equipment to peak performance.
Maintain great work efficiency and record keeping with minimal call backs.
Maintain good communication skills and understand expectations of assigned customers.
Provide maintenance inspection reports for customers with corrective actions that need to be applied.
Provide good communication with Robinson customers on additional services that may be beneficial to the customer.
Complete and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner to the service manager or other Robinson personnel.
Communicate and work well with other team members and departments regarding accurate and timely completion of projects.
Maintain your service vehicle inventory.
Excellent driving record.
This is an on call rotating service position.
Strong computer skills and ability to apply software tools in regard to HVAC control systems.
Knowledge of HVAC control.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); HVAC technical school diploma a plus.
EPA Universal certification.
Seven plus experience in commercial and residential HVAC service.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Possess great mechanical skills and aptitude.
Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documents and instructions.
Strong blue print reading and interpretation skills.
Carrier i-Vu, Carrier 3V, Honeywell Building Automation, Mitsubishi Maintenance Tool, Sanyo Pac-Check.
VRF knowledge of operation.
