Our History

eMDs was founded in 1996 by David Winn, MD, a board-certified family practice physician with a very strong business background who understood the value of having an integrated practice management system which helped physicians focus on patients while optimizing practice financials. Dr. Winn was dissatisfied with offerings on the market, and set out to create his own. The eMDs clinic was first implemented in 1998. Using our own practice management system meant we fully understood what it takes to create the perfect EHR system and why the company built our reputation upon being a highly usable system.

Many years later, we've retained the same values from our early days. We are dedicated to building the best integrated EHR and RCM systems and services. We focus on listening to our customers. And most importantly, we focus on making the practice of medicine enjoyable and fulfilling.

Job Description -

The integral role of this position is to provide troubleshooting, configuration, and support to eMDs employees and their clients on all application suites used at eMDs. In addition, this position entails applying knowledge of healthcare billing practices and procedures related to enrolling providers electronically for claims submission, remittance, and funds transfer.


  • Customer support, troubleshooting and providing solutions for internal and external clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our applications.
  • EDI enrollment for all RCM clients.
  • Address urgent issues quickly.
  • Codify frequent issues into documented or scripted processes. Assist with product QA from a user's point of view. Develop test cases to ensure setup quality.
  • Provide feedback from customer users to product team for in-house developed applications.
  • Work with customer, employees, and consultants, including business managers, project managers, software engineers, operations team effectively to understand and provide solutions.
Position Requirements
  1. Excellent in English Communication (Verbal and written).
  2. Candidates should have the knowledge of computer.
  3. Typing speed should be 25-30 WPM.
  4. Should be a team player
  5. Smart candidates with interpersonal skill.
  6. Ability to work under pressure.
  7. Quick learner and decision maker.
