Key Duties: •Customer Service •Leadership Responsibilities •Small Business Lending Responsibilities •Consumer Lending Responsibilities •Customer Account Opening/Maintenance Responsibilities (Consumer and Business Accounts) •Customer Relationship Sales •Customer Transactions •May be responsible for supervising employees and function in the role of a Market Manager in the absence of the Manager or within a bank structure/staffing model of a larger scale ($60mm+ asset size) Education/Experience Associate degree plus two to five years related experience and/or training. Prior banking experience a plus. Business Hours Bank is open Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM and Saturdays 9:00AM-Noon. Schedule falls within these hours.
