For this role we are seeking an individual who has experience working in a multifaceted role with the following responsibilities, additional tasks may be assigned:

 

  • Compiles records and reports.
  • Provides general information to customers, employees, and sales personnel.
  • Prepares and mails out receipts, invoices, and statements.
  • Assists with inventory reconciliation.
  • Assists with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process as needed.
  • Assists with the general maintenance of company systems.
  • Provides assistance to the Dispatcher for overflow and during out of office hours.
  • Acts as administrator for internal programs
  • Assists with the general maintenance of company systems.
  • Opens and routes incoming mail, and prepares outgoing mail.
 
Position Requirements

  • Experience with computer systems and navigating through dashboards & data sets

  • Billing &/or accounting experience

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software; Contact Management systems; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software, specifically Microsoft Office programs.
