Share Email Opening Title Operations Manager II  Category Operations   Description We are seeking an Operations Manager II to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) located in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.   This effort will assist in creating a network of likeminded allies and partners with increased threat reduction capabilities that contribute and advance the interests and security of the United States of America. It will assist in building strategic relationships with key international partners that enhance threat reduction on a global scale. It will also support the resilience of the global nonproliferation framework by building partner capacities to enforce the tenants of that framework.   Description: The Operations Manager II will manage and execute operations and administrative duties, including researching, refining, and responding to various operations, administrative, and programmatic suspense’s, taskers, and data calls.   Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Prepare, edit, and update briefings and other operational documentation as required. Recommend process improvements to internal operations and administrative procedures as needed. Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables. Monitor the performance of each task area and manage all problems and accomplishments. Gather, process, and analyze operational data. Assist with proposal development, if necessary. Perform other duties, as assigned.     Position Requirements Experience: Four (4) to eight (8) years’ related Operations or Program Management experience.   Education: Bachelor’s degree desired.   Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.     COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Pursuant to Executive Order 14042, you must be able to meet the workplace safety protocol standards which require all federal contractors and subcontractors to be fully vaccinated by December 8, 2021.
