You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, taking orders, and resolving issues. Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM ** when first hired, the candidate will be working Fridays until they are fully trained for the Sunday shift ** Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM Responsibilities: Answer phones and monitor emails, handling all inquiries/orders/complaints in a friendly demeanor. Provide information about Ace Endico's products and services. Document and update customer records using our in-house software. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Other responsibilities, as needed. ?Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields. Computer proficient and willingness to learn new software. Ability to build rapport with client. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly organized fashion. Positive and professional demeanor -- can-do attitude!
