Responsible for monitoring charts for compliance and tracking quality indicators. Responsible for the selection of charts, utilizing census tracking, and for monthly chart compliance audits. Complete audit form, analyze charts for evidence-based practices, and provide feedback to the directors which summarize treatment trends of the unit therapists. Perform other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements BSW with experience in a health or human services organization. Excellent verbal and written communication.
