Customer Service Representative - Bilingual 


Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

  • *Resolves product and service problems.
  • *Maintains and updates customer records.
  • *Prepares work to be processed by sorting organizing and recording data, information, and documents.
  • *Updates customers on policies and procedures.
Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous Customer Service experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be customer-oriented and able to effectively trouble shoot and resolve customer questions and concerns.
