The social worker will: provide case assistance to victims of elder abuse, including information and referrals, benefit and entitlement assistance, supportive contact, advocacy, counseling and escort, crisis intervention and safety plan development conduct outreach, screening, in-home assessment, intervention and follow-up develop community resource linkages participate in multiple forms of professional development via staff training program, skills development workshops, case consultation, supervision conferences, and peer-to-peer supervision   Position Requirements Requires fluency in Spanish and English.    This position is currently not accepting applications.
