The Revenue Operations Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in executing our customer orders that come in through our dynamic sales team while also providing support to the sales field. You will work hand in hand with a variety of teams on a daily basis including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Hardware Fulfillment. This role is a steppingstone to other responsibilities and roles within the business as it enables you to acquire the foundation of sales operations while learning several facets of the business.

What are the general responsibilities of the position?

  • Support the sales and customer success teams throughout all aspects of the sales process including process, tools support, policies, and more.
  • Process, reconcile, and execute sales orders in accordance with contracts and policies
  • Reconciling customer accounts in CRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Assist with SaaS billing setup and maintenance
  • Involved in process improvements and proactively identifies opportunities for efficiency to increase the sales team’s time in the field
  • Interdepartmental collaboration to achieve organizational objectives and overall customer satisfaction
  • Support other Sales, Rev Ops, and Marketing projects as requested
Position Requirements

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Technically savvy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems/processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency in work
  • Take pride in your excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Adaptable to change with experience redirecting activity when priorities change
  • Proficient in MS Office software Excel, Word, Power Point required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience in other sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, or CPQ, are an added bonus

Education/experience/technical considerations:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

1+ years of order processing or technical support in a fast-paced environment
